With the growth and development of private higher education, we changed the situation of China’s higher education investment by national finance, broaden the sources of funding for higher education, and alleviate the financial burden. At the same time, it also alleviates the higher education serious imbalance the contradiction between supply and demand. We realized a transformation from "elite education" to "popular education" in Chinese higher education. However, the popularization of education inevitably brings about the popularization of the employment. The employment of college graduates has broken the traditional assignment mechanism, and establish an employment mechanism that includes" market-oriented, government regulation, school recommendation, the student and the employer two-way job choice". Under such a background, the employment of college students has gradually become a prominent social problem. Compared with public universities, the condition, teachers, education quality, reputation, social acceptance and other aspects are congenitally deficient in private colleges and universities. How to change this state? Strengthen the school employment management is the only way out of private colleges.We investigated a private college in Guangdong Province, and collected the data of graduates employment in nearly3years. On the basis of analysis of the current employment situation, employment factors, and then puts forward corresponding management countermeasures of graduates employment. Our purpose is providing strategy for the private college’s span type development in the next stage.The article consists of four parts. The first, a study of the private college’s employment status and its influence factors. The second, the article analyzes the present employment situation of the private college in recent3years. The third, we compared the school on the employment impact of the main factors, mainly from the four aspects:society, family, school and individual. Four, according to above analysis, we concluded the characteristic of the college graduate employment factors. From the four factors:society, family, school and individual, we put forward the countermeasures to improve the graduate employment management. Our final objective is to increase the employment competitiveness of graduates in the private college.
