Members of organization are the main power to guarantee the benign developmentof an organization. Athletes, coaches, team leaders, research medical personnel andmanagers are the members to realize the goal of athletic sports, who make a kind ofspecific team. This team is different from other sports organization, whose charactersare restricted by the individual character, profession, professional character and thecharacter of the athletic project. Meanwhile, only the members always keep havingcommunication, exchange and cooperation, the harmonious relationship can be built up.And eventually the training performance and the organizational managementperformance can be improved and promoted. National team is a special form of theathletic sports organization. The success of the advantage athletic sports project inChina and the practice being kept many years have proved that this organization is thebest choice of the rapid development for athletic sports. As the un-advantage project ofathletic sports in China, triathlon still has some problems compared with otheradvantage projects, although it has some achievement after the development of morethan20years. Among them, the national team and organization culture is the field to beless focused on.The research is by using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematicalstatistics, etc.. The object is the members of the national triathlon. And the research aimsat role defining, interactive way, the conflict type and the causes in training, competitionand daily life. The main conclusions are as follows.1. In the national team of athletic sports organization, the relationship betweencoaches and athletes and the conflict of contradiction and transformation betweencoaches’“teaching” and athletes’“training&competition” are the power to get the dual goal of periodicity and finalization in the process of athletic sports. Coaches andathletes are special group in the society, whose social role and responsibility are withdual characters of the professional and movement characteristics.2. Triathlon is a project with different combination. Three items form a fixedcombination in the rules under restriction and the movement form and way is differentfrom each item. Among the athletes’ ability, sports quality and sports skill are highand excellent index which play a deceive role. The body shape, physical function andtactics ability are configuration index which play an important role. Mental ability andsports intelligent are low index which play a general basic role.3. The members of the national triathlon team are team leaders, managers, coaches,swimming coaches, running coaches, bicycle coaches, medical staff, research medicalpersonnel and athlete. Each member’s role and position is objective.4. In the national triathlon team, the role between athlete, coaches and researchmedical personnel are more objective and diversified. Communication is the main wayof interaction. The way and means of communication is varied and languagecommunication is the commonly used method. Meanwhile, the conflict happensbecause of the cultural and district difference during the process of communion.5. The common conflicts of the national team are personal conflict of itself, roleconflict and the conflict between individual and team. The conflict frequency betweencoaches has the relation with the year education, degree and age. The longer of the yeareducation and the older of the age the coach is, the greater of the role interaction andconflict and the higher level of skills to flexibly deal with the interaction and conflict.The research medical personnel are in the intermediate level. The frequency of conflictbetween athletes is significantly higher than the coaches and research medical personnel,which also has the relation with the athletes’ age, education and the years of training.6. The causes of conflicts between national team members are varied. There arehuman factors and group factors, but also organizational ones. From the view ofcoaches, the main causes of conflict are with discipline, style, will quality, interventionof local coaches and other people, and execution level of athletes. From the view ofathletes, the main causes of conflict are with movement method, training schedule and the arrangement and control of movement load. From the view of research medicalpersonnel, the main causes of conflict are with poor medical support and scientificsupport.7. Athlete, coaches and managers deal with the conflict by using the way ofcooperation so as to build a good relationship and realize the win-win purpose.Sometimes, the way evasion and compromise method are used. And some athletes alsowant to deal with the conflict by way of compromise.8. The conflicts between athletes are every-present and everywhere, both positiveand negative. Therefore, in the process of sports practice, constructive conflicts need tobe stimulated and destructive conflicts need to be eased, which aim at improving thecohesion of sports team and the performance of organization.
