Research On The Influence Of Trust On Team Conflict In Different Sports Teams

Team conflict is an important factor that deeply influences the competition and training process.Team conflict has always been a neglected issue among the many factors that will influence competition and training effectiveness.In sports teams,team members are highly interdependent.Frequent interactions and mutual trust between members can create good results.Trust is the basis and prerequisite for cooperation among sports team members.It can promote coordination among team members,reducing team conflicts,and to create excellent team performance.From the perspective of different sports teams,this article takes cooperative-competitive teams and competitive-cooperative teams as objects of the study.To explore different project teams of sports and to discuss the influence of trust on team conflicts by adopting different research methods such as:literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview methods,etc.Researches show that:1.The teams of different operational projects have significant differences in the overall level of trust,emotional trust,and cognitive trust.They show that the level of trust of competitive-cooperative teams is slightly higher than that of cooperative-competitive teams;The emotional trust of competitive-cooperative teams is slightly higher than that of cooperative-competitive teams;The cognitive and cooperative trust of competitive-cooperative teams is slightly higher than that of cooperative-competitive teams.2.Trust has a significant impact on team conflicts,task conflicts,and relationships with the reflection in: the higher the level of the trust,the lesser of team conflicts.The higher the level of the trust,the fewer of task conflicts and relationship conflicts.3.Different types of sports activities have significant effects on team conflicts,task conflicts,and relationship conflicts.It is reflected in that the teamwork of competitive-cooperative teams is lower than that of cooperative-competitive teams;The task conflict of competitive-cooperative teams is lower than that of cooperative-competitive teams;The conflict between the relationship of competitive-cooperative teams is lower than that of the cooperative-competitive teams.
