University innovation team is a strategic move in technology innovation,interdisciplinary research and talent scholar education.With the deepening development of science and the expansion of the innovation team,the university has played an important role in promoting the innovative talents,the integration of scientific and technological resources,the organization of collaborative innovation,and the formation of excellent team effect,improving the output of major scientific research.With the construction and development process of the research team,the team members have different disciplinary fields,technical skills,personality differences,behavior differences.How to deal with conflict,and vigorously improve the performance at all levels of scientific research management needs urgent attention.In this study,based on the existing research,the questionnaire of the innovation team and the innovation team of 101 natural sciences were surveyed by means of questionnaires by referring to the existing mature scale and using the innovation team as the research object.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by SPSS21.0 software.The correlation model and regression model were used to analyze the existing data.The results of the analysis show that team conflict can influence team performance positively;team relationship conflict affects team performance negatively;team process conflict will affect team performance positively.Conflict management plays a moderating role in the relationship between team task conflict and team performance;when team size is 13-18,conflicts is less and conflict management is better;conflicts and process conflicts are more frequent among the core research members,while the conflict between the leaders is less,and the conflict management is more effective.This research will cause the innovation team leader to pay attention to the influence of the team conflict,and improve the work efficiency and team innovation level.In the process of team cooperation to encourage active cooperation in conflict management,and actively integrate the team members for the task of different ideas,so not only can improve team performance,but also in the team cooperation and exchange of innovation,promote innovative ideas and technology produce.
