In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire investigation method, experimental method and expert interviews and other methods, to Shijiazhuang foreign language school grade of second year in junior high school as the experimental object, selecting two classes, and randomly divided into the experimental class and the control class, the experimental class and the control class before the experiment the research index had no significant difference. The experimental class uses the hierarchical teaching mode, control group with traditional teaching mode. The experimental class and the control class and30class teaching of table tennis, two class the teaching contents and teaching schedule complete synchronization. The research for the implementation of school table tennis teaching in different levels and provide a theoretical basis, at the same time to improve the school table tennis teaching effects and explore a new teaching model.Conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) The students in the experimental class ambition, ambition, perseverance, intellectual curiosity and independent factors effectively and improve the transformation, significantly better than the control class. Description table tennis teaching to improve the students’ non-intellectual factors is better than the traditional teaching mode.(2) The experimental class students’ physical qualities improved to a greater extent than the control class. The50m run, jump and standing long jump performance improved greatly. Description of table tennis teaching in improving students’physical quality is better than the traditional teaching mode.(3) The students in the experimental class table tennis technical level rises to a greater extent than the control class. Description of table tennis teaching in improving students’ table tennis technology is better than the traditional teaching mode.(4) The experimental class students’ level of physiological function improved to a greater extent than the control class. Description table tennis teaching to improve students’ physiological function is better than the traditional teaching mode.
