The research mainlyincludes aerobics referee team composition, the general rules and the general level of growth.After deeply investigation, here are the conclusions: first, Hebei Aerobics referee team wasbuilt early, the major events mainly ruled by A level referee, B level referee got less chance tobe in charge of a game, it takes longer before they can get promotion; Second, the sexstructure of Hebei Province Referees is imbalanced between men and women, more womenthan men, referees age structure is the best age, there are enough level B referees but Highlevel referee group members geographically more concentrated, Referees level of regionaldevelopment is imbalanced; third, the referees of Hebei Province has very little trainingopportunity, mostly simple training, most training happened right before the game. The levelB aerobics referees of Hebei Province got less chance acting as referee, and the training islacking of a planned long-term mechanism.Referee’s expertise needs to be improved. Theauthor recommend to establish a more reasonable age gender and geographical structureReferees, increase the number of Aerobics referee training times, speed up the training ofhigh-level aerobics referee staff, referee team structure, rationalize referee team structure,increase Aerobics referee’s Judging opportunity, actively to establish a the referee long-termtraining mechanism, improve the level of expertise of the referee team, especially the practicalability of foreign competition; fully use Information technology, establish Hebei Aerobicsreferee information platform, facilitate the exchange of Information, business and the ideas,quickly upgrade the overall level of Hebei Aerobics referee team.
