With the expanding scale of China’s college enrollment, the higher education of China is from elite education to mass education stage, the employment problem of college graduates has become a topic of common concern.This paper takes Jilin H University as an example. Through a case study, we describes the current university rural college students employment situation and existing problems, and discusses the causes of the existing problems by the questionnaire study and literature study.On this basis, we give some suggestions for attempting to solve the employment guidance teachers’ professional issues. The full text is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter of this article includes background, significance, problems, domestic and international literature review, researching theory, researching design and methods. The second chapter expounds the present situation of university students’ employment and post treatment of rural poor, high employment, low employment rate, less actual independent entrepreneurs, less employment ability weak etc.. The third chapter is the analysis of influencing factors on rural employment of college students, mainly from the professional, social, psychological and economic and other four aspects carry on the discussion. The fourth chapter rural analysis of employment difficulties of college students, mainly from the employment and psychological expectation gap and rural students to rural employment bias were expounded. The fifth chapter is on the general college and the University of H in Jilin rural college students comparative analysis. The sixth chapter is the conclusion. Countermeasures to solve the employment problems of rural students in the sixth chapter, society, government, schools, rural students and so on. Chapter Seventh in conclusion, a summary of the full text, and proposed innovation, insufficient and needs to be to continue to study at.
