In recent years, Sanda project gets into the benign development. Along with the implementation of Sanda new rules in2011, Sanda trends become better. Youth Sanda athletes are the reserve force of Sanda development, so basic training deserves more attention.Reasonable training design become the only way to improve athletic performance. Training structure and load arrangements have a tremendous impact on Youth Sanda athletes. So it will have a great reference value for Sanda scientific training. After12weeks of physical training, tested, counted and analyzed the selected indicators, evaluating the Youth Sanda athletes training structure and training load arrangements are reasonable or not, drawing the following conclusions:1. The proportion of physical training in the Beijing Youth Sanda athletes training phase is27%. It consists of four phases:the basis of strength recovery phase, the largest strength training phase, explosive training phase, explosive endurance phase. The entire training contents is composed of strength, endurance, and supporting training.2. The total weight of Beijing Youth Sanda athletes training load is218,850kilogramms, the amount of average week is18237.5kilogramms;running distance is711kilometers, the amount of average week is59.25kilometers. Aerobic endurance is427.2kilometers, anaerobic endurance is72kilometers, mixed with oxygen endurance is211.8kilometers. In the entir period of endurance training, anaerobic endurance and mixed with oxygen endurance are the main training.3. The beginning of training, overall, the arrangement of the load is rising;in the second stage,with increasing training intensity.volume and intensity are negative correlation; in the third, the fourth stage, the amount and intensity of strength training load are decreased, but endurance training load volume is reduced, intensity increases. 4. Throughout the training phase, the Beijing Sanda athletes training content, training structure are relatively reasonable, load volume and intensity basically meet the capacity that athletes require:the FMS performance improves;the special quality of the aspects of endurance as well as explosive resistance raises;the four dircctions of core area forces enhance.
