With the devolopment of modern science and technology, biology has had a deep meaning and become the science related to human being’s life gradually. The content of senior school biology approaches the student’s level of acknowledge. It is more meaningful for many students to improve their biological science literacy on the basis of the obligation of teaching. Besides it can help students have a better understand’s of the relationship of bioligical science and technology and that between societies, what’s have it can enhance students’sense of responsibility for nature and socienty and promove the formation of their morldview and values. And it also has the realistic sense to the students’real life and helps the students seek for future life in scientific field. High School Biology curriculum standards is also focused upon the role of the implementation of the national managenment and evaluation of the basis of the biology class. However, after the new curriculum in our theaching we have found at present in the mode of the existing college entrance examination, schools, students’ parents, teachers, and students themselves want to get high scores Due to the constraints of a variety of conditions and factors, biology has become an art subject of the science subjects. Tecchers teach our of practice during the biology class and students only learn by rote which leads to the loss of students’study motivation and interest in learning biology. In teaches, teachers can’t combine teaching’theory and practice. Therefore, to make students get good marks and have certain scientific literacy related to biology, teachers should pay more attention to the problem that theory and practice are out of touch.Reachers have made a survey in four classes of a grade. They divided the students into several experimencal groups and control groups. The latter goes is in full accordance with the standard requirements for conventional ways of teaching while the former is adapted to local conditions using a bombination of teaching methods and the existing conditions to make the maximum limit of land in the teaching practice. As a result, not only the experimental groups interested in biology, but also they are active in class activities and have a strong ability to take part in doing the experiment, they are also willing to analyse and solve the problems from different aspects. And what is the most important is their scores are5to10higher than the average of control groups. Thus control groups’result is more genenal in all aspects.Under the guidance of the harmonization of standards,in the teach’ process,as long as we put theory and practical teaching together and carry on creative theaching more actively and effectively,our biology theaching can play a multiplier role in the current tight course.High school biology to the implenmentation of the theory with the practical teaching strategies can significantly arouse students’ interest in learning biology, help them chang their attitude to learning and enhance the understanding of the biology knowlodge in order that students can improve their own biological scientific literacy.
