Guizhou Province Medical Graduate Student Education Of Specialty Study

The three medical colleges-Zunyi Medical College. Traditional Chinese Medicine College of Guiyang、Guiyang Medical College have educated thousands of medical talents for Guizhou Province and made great contributions for its medical cause development. The investigation of the research shows that the medical postgraduate students in Guizhou Province, has high quality with strong medical technical knowledge and higher personality training. In recent years, the number of medical postgraduate is also increasing year by year with the enlarged recruitment policy adopted. Some postgraduates, who are not interested in medical science, choose medical professional, with unknown incentive and blind register for an entrance examination and so on, only focusing on the sacred of the doctor’s profession and ignoring its particularity and service. So when facing reality, they feel the gap between the ideal and the reality, they will bring some problems about ideological obstacles of major. They have influenced themselves and other postgraduates inevitably. In order to find out these problems, this dissertation deeply analyzes the problems, basing on investigation and questionnaires of540medical postgraduates in Zunyi Medical College, Traditional Chinese Medicine College of Guiyang and Guiyang Medical College from four aspects-society、family、school and individual after summing up the problems. Then this dissertation gives some advice on countermeasures of medical postgraduate’s ideological education of major. I will try to provide the academic and practical experience and the foundation for its further study, Sincerely hoping experts to correct.This dissertation is divided into four chapters. The first chapter, as the introduction, introduces the purpose and significance of the research、research present situation of the domestic and foreign, proposing the research method used in the paper and defining the related concepts. The second chapter deals with the questionnaire with FOXPRO and EXCEL software, analyzing existing problems of medical postgraduate ideological and political education in our province. The third chapter analyzes the cause resulting in the problems separately from the point of view of society、school、family in Guizhou Province. The fourth chapter explores the mechanism of medical postgraduate’s ideological education of major in Guizhou province and puts forward countermeasures on how to strengthen postgraduate’s ideological education of major.
