Research On Agriculture Applied Undergraduates Talents Training Mode Of Local Agricultural Colleges

Applied talents training mode is a new mode which appeared in the world with the development of economy since the1960s, and it was introduced to our country and developed rapidly in the80s of the20th century. Using this mode to cultivate undergraduates to meet social or economic need, master the knowledge and pay great attention to linking theory with practice, it is different from the traditional undergraduates’ knowledge structure and ability.Currently, under the historical background of adjustment in industrial structure, structural unemployment has been one of the outstanding irregularities and problems of our country’s higher education. Modern agriculture needs a lot of modern talents, but the comprehensive quality of the agriculture undergraduates is not in proportion to the need of whole market economy system and society. As the nucleus of the society, local agricultural colleges should take applied talents training mode to represent their characteristic, exert the function of higher education to serve the society, and propel balanced development between our high agriculture education and the society forward.This paper studies theoretical research and practical exploration on the theme of applied talents training mode of local agricultural colleges. In theory, this paper provides some reference for applied talents training mode in our country through studying the theory of university classification, education stage, All-round Human Development, high education service society and introducing the experience of higher education at home and abroad. In practice, this paper analyzes the external and internal environment, researches the restricting factor of applied talents training mode in local agricultural colleges, and gives some suggestions to optimize applied talents training mode in local agricultural colleges.
