Research On The Employment Of The Agricultural Major Undergraduates Of Local Agricultural Colleges

The Employment problem is not only related to the practical life of ordinary people, but also the symbol of healthy and stable development of a state. Since entering the new century, the state of the central government paid more attention to employment of college students. College students are a huge team; it is also the indispensable team for realizing the strategy of re invigorating of our country. At present, in the multiple background of rapid development of market economy, all kinds of enrollment expansion aggravate, related employment system reform further thorough, the number of college graduates has been increased; the employment situation is becoming more severe in the whole society. The problem of university students’ employment became a system engineer for the government, the society, college students and their families.We are in a new century which contains human, nature, society, coordinates development, science change and breakthrough. The development and fierce change of technology, economy and society has brought rare opportunity and great challenge for the modern agriculture science and technology. The students of agriculture universities are the main force for the work of modern agriculture science and technology. Hence, it appears more meaningful to research on employment of them and try to seek solutions to this problem.This paper is mainly making the employment of the agriculture major undergraduates of local agriculture colleges as object of studying. First analyzes the overall employment situation of China’s universities’ graduates, and then analyzes the employment strengths and weakness in agriculture undergraduates, and grasp the current situation of them comprehensively according to their characteristics. And then investigate and analyze a series of problems of the three local agricultural university students’ employment process, and find out the impact factors of their employment. By researching, we know that there are many factors influencing the employment of agricultural students, some of them are general problems, while others only belong to the agricultural students’ employment problem, and these factors intertwined, effect the employment together. First of all, the government development should deepen system reformation, perfect relative policies. Secondly, the local universities should innovate agricultural undergraduate talents training mode. Third, employers should establish a scientific concept of employing people. Finally, agricultural undergraduate students should prepare well to meet the challenges of employment.
