Teenagers real level of environmental awareness is objective basis of the government effectively develop environmental protection work, the smooth implement comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development strategic. The education of teenager environmental consciousness plays an important role in widespread popularization of environmental science knowledge and cultivating the correct ecological values. It is conducive to improve their skills of environmental protection. It is also benefit to promote the development of low carbon economy and resource conservation and environment friendly society construction. Purpose including there are two main points in this research. On one hand, how to combine the characteristics of the youth, more targeted to develop the teenagers environmental consciousness education in order to improve their low carbon consciousness. On the other hand, how to play the all advantages of the ideological and political education in environmental consciousness education of the youth. Through the ways and methods to enhance the actual effect of the teenagers environmental consciousness education.In this article, we combine the method of qualitative and quantitative research in the teenagers low carbon consciousness and environment cognitive education. In the issuance of questionnaires way, we collect the information of Nanchang teenagers and the government in low carbon consciousness and environment problem cognitive. We use the computer software of spss19.0statistical to analyze data. On this basis we analyze various influential factors in environmental consciousness education of the youth. In the background of the ideological and political education theory, we put forward the suggestions in teenagers low carbon consciousness and environment of the cognitive education.Ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic and other all the work. It is a scientific judgment of our party at the conclusion of the long-term revolution struggle and construction on practical experience. In this paper researching, we find that ideological and political education play an import positive role not only in teenagers low carbon consciousness and environment the advantage of cognition, but also in the youth education and environmental consciousness education. First and foremost, the regular pattern and the environment optimization of the theory in ideological and political education can enhance the effectiveness of the teenagers’environmental consciousness education. According to teenagers’physiological development, we strengthen their inward subjective factors (knowledge, feelings, meaning and line). We should also optimize the environment influence factors of long macro (economic, political and cultural) and micro (school, family and community). So that it can enhance the effectiveness of the teenagers’ environmental consciousness education. Furthermore, the contents of ideological and political education, such as the world outlook, the outlook on life and moral, could enrich and develop environmental consciousness education. All of these help teenagers to increase awareness of the low carbon, to enhance the concept of environmental protection and put up the set of ecological values. Last but not least, the theory and practice experience of ideological and political education in method and carrier are helpful for teenagers low carbon consciousness and environment education method, the use of carrier diversification.
