Postgraduate cultivating model is a significant issue including theory andpractice value. Postgraduate education takes great responsibility to cultivatehigh-level special talents. In the field of Piano Education, piano postgraduatesare high-level special talents whose psychological quality and ability levelexert great influence on the development of piano industry. As thedevelopment of postgraduate education system, the number of postgraduatesmajored in piano of Inner Mongolia Normal University is on the rise, whichneeds an increasing number of special talents.The subject of this essay is a branch of exploration of graduates majoredin piano in the field of music education. This essay based on documentsquestionnaire, interview, comparison analysis makes some interviews andinvestigation about the cultivation of piano postgraduates in some universities,which includes Inner Mongolia Normal University, Chinese Conservatory ofMusic, Capital Normal University and Northeast Normal University. Thisanalysis makes an investigation from five aspects such as CultivationObjective, curriculum teaching way and method, Teaching practice andresearch and graduate Development Program in order to get primary data. Onthe basis of above, this essay analyzes the advantages and disadvantages ofthe development of piano graduate students in Inner Mongolia NormalUniversity as well as inspiration and references from its brother universities.As last, the writer analyzes and gives some effective suggestions on how toprompt the development of piano graduate students in the field of music,which exert great significance on the enhancement of comprehensive abilityof piano graduate students, promotion of continuous improvement of pianograduates in Inner Mongolia Normal University and building a brand of high-quality teaching in Mongolia Normal University.This essay includes four parts:The first part: introduction. It includes the general explanation aboutreason, current situation of study and the research object and the method.The second part: analysis of the situation of cultivating piano graduatestudents in Inner Mongolia Normal University. According to the survey onpiano graduate students in Inner Mongolia Normal University and analysis onthe teaching, curriculum, teaching material, research ability, employmentdevelopment and practice, it is naturally to draw a conclusion from theanalysis.The third part: the comparative analysis between the Inner MongoliaNormal University and its brother institutes. The writer makes acomparative analysis on training objective, curriculum, teaching method,teaching practice, requirement of concert, Graduate Development. On thebasis of above, this essay analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of thedevelopment of piano graduate students in Mongolia Normal University aswell as inspiration and references from its brother universities.The fourth part: the suggestion on the mode of the development ofgraduate students majored in music in Inner Mongolia Normal University. Onthe basis of the previous survey, the writer put up with some strategiesconcerning how to cultivate graduate students majored in music in InnerMongolia Normal University. These suggestions and measures will bemeaningful and valuable to the design and arrangement of the training mode.
