The Study On The Plight And Countermeasures Of Vocational College Students Set Up Their Own Businesses

Chinese higher education has basically achieved a historic transition change from elite education to mass education, the employment pattern of college graduates also change from the guarantee of employment of the state to the self-choice employment of the graduates. Today, the employment situation is worsening, setting up their own businesses has become a new pattern and new outlet for college graduates to achieve full employment. College students as one of the most active groups of entrepreneurial activity, their employment prospects are increasingly widely concerned by all sectors of the community. Especially higher vocational college graduates, the number accounted for more than half of the total amount of college graduates, their employment career path is to let people wait and see what happens. So the thesis regards this as the starting point, and actively explores effective linkage mechanism among the universities, government, society and related departments to support and promote higher vocational college students’autonomous undertaking. It has a very important significance for economic construction and development, industrial restructuring and ameliorating the employment status of vocational college students, improving the entrepreneurial quality, accelerating the entire college students start their own business processes.On the basis of analysis of the significance and background of topic, this paper illustrates the research objectives, ideas and methods. By making reference to the domestic and foreign venture research results, it briefly reviews the concept, elements, characteristics and significance of entrepreneurship. It also analyzes the vocational college students’entrepreneurship reasons and SWOT. This article carried out a questionnaire survey and depth interviews through to the Pingxiang college students, using scientific analysis method with a combination of qualitative and quantitative, and mastered first-hand information of my college students’entrepreneurial status. It tries to explore and establish a system of the whole social mechanism with effective interaction and benign circulation, in order to crack the realistic difficulties of the students in higher vocational college starting their own businesses. Finally, the thesis summarizes the research limitation and problems that need to be resolved further.
