Postmodernism is a new social and cultural ideological trend which is widelypopular in the1950s and1960s in Europe. The core of the spirit is the respect ofindividuality, differences and diversity, and paying attention to the humanistic care. Atpresent our country is in the transformation period of economy and culture, and thereare many associations and confrontations among different thoughts in the field of study.Postmodern therefore also was introduced into China. Today we no excuse to live in aworld of many differences, civilization, the difference of cultural differences anddifferences of human being itself, this is we can’t change the basic facts.The currenttheory and academia to stand in the modern socialist position with the theory andacademic problems to be examined, In order to break through the plight of modernism,develops the find, analyze and solve the problem of new ideas. In a world of ourcountry’s higher education social function, management system, mode of training,student individual value orientation, way of thinking and behavior and so many changesalso happened, For college students’ ideological and political education work to bringthe new situation, the new problems and challenges, but it also brings an opportunity ofdevelopment. So this paper tries to combine the ideological and political education workin the postmodern perspective of human nature in order to develop college students’ideological and political education of the new realm.The article is divided into fiveparts:The first part is an introduction. This paper mainly discusses the significance of thestudy, review, research methods and the innovation of this article and the deficiency.The second chapter summarized postmodernism. Mainly expounds the postmodernrise up the history background, definition and basic claim, to the basic claim of thedialectical analysis.The third chapters on postmodernism horizon current ideological and politicaleducation work inspection of human nature. Mainly expounds the human nature andhumanity, ideological and political education work humanized concept, and currentideological and political education work inspection of human nature.The fourth chapter mainly expounds the post-modernism view of ideological andpolitical education work under the humanized realization strategies.
