Occupational moral education of university students is not only an important content of the current moral education in universities in China, but also an important part of quality-oriented education and the core of education of the contemporary university students’view of employment. Therefore, strengthening university students’occupational moral education is not only of great significance to enhance the pertinence of occupational moral education of university students and the effectiveness of university moral education work, but also of great importance in promoting the university students’all-round development and become all kinds of talents that the society needs. Although university students’occupational moral education is discussed valuably by some scholars in recent years, and many results have been achieved in terms of theory and practice, there are still many problems to be solved. Based on the review of previous studies, this paper tries to make an in-depth exploration and an innovative study on the problems of university students’ occupational moral education. This paper first clarifies the connotation and theoretical basis of occupational moral education of university students. Then, the present situation of occupational moral education of university students is further surveyed mainly through the questionnaires and interviews. Lastly, the statistical percentages of the closed questions of the questionnaire are analyzed, and the opened questions are collated and analyzed. The results show that though the overall situation of university students’occupational moral overall in China seems fine, there are mainly four problems in university students’occupational moral education, namely, the attention on university students’occupational moral education is not enough; occupational moral qualities of the university teachers are still needed to be enhanced in the view of university students; the way and the method of education of occupational moral are old-fashioned; the current university students’occupational moral education is not good enough.Occupational moral education of university students is unsatisfactory, I think there are three reasons:first, the reason of the social environment factors, including social anomie factor, role expectation conflict factor, qualitative factor of organization conflict; second, the reason of reality factors in higher education, including the influence of marginalization of university students’occupational moral education; old-fashioned teaching method and way of university students’occupational moral education; lack of model of university teachers during the occupational moral education. Third, the reason of university students’individual factor. Finally, considering that the effect of the university students’occupational moral education is not good enough, this paper puts forward the countermeasures from three aspects: first, society needs to take measures, including innovating social governance and weakening social anomie; trying to eliminate negative influence of social anomie on university students’occupational moral education; strengthening the positive influence of society on university students’ occupational moral education; creating an environment conducive to the university students’occupational moral education from inside and outside. Second, university education needs to be innovated immediately, including guiding university students to establish the correct view of employment; expanding ways of occupational moral education of university students; promoting professional ethics quality of teachers in university; innovating the method of occupational moral education for university students. Third, university students themselves need to make some efforts.
