At present, the social competition is more and more big, as students especially the graduate students in reviewing and preparing stage facing the examination anxiety problems become more and more serious, affecting the healthy growth of young students, to the examinee long review a lot of trouble, test anxiety has become a topic of social concern. This paper starting from this point, the port of Zhongshan to Guangdong Polytechnic School Students as the research object, discuss test anxiety intervention methods and measures, to students, parents and the recruitment of students unit has far-reaching significance.Test anxiety intervention research is mainly achieved through some intervention means and method, make the students examination anxiety levels can reduce. In the course of the study, through a phased implementation of effective intervention programs, the first is the use of Lu Haidong teacher preparation " college entrance examination anxiety diagnostic scale of Guangdong " port of Zhongshan polytechnic school students related data measurement, access to the experiment data, information, the survey data and time related interpretation and mobilization, and then the questionnaire and statistical data, access to the front in the test anxiety in high data students, according to my will, divided into2groups, a training group is a control group. Secondly, take some certain measures of test anxiety intervention, the intervention way respectively group psychological training and individual consultation, the two methods combined with the use of. In the implementation of the intervention phase altogether to use7time of group psychological training and individual consultation, the use of one of the10students were1-2times counseling. After the teacher’s guidance students can effectively alleviate the pressure of examination anxiety, oneself can correctly treat and awareness, enhance their confidence in examination, be able to better state of mind to take the exam. After these studies can be obtained the conclusion of group psychological training and individual psychological counseling and guidance method can effectively reduce the students’ anxiety in examination.Test anxiety to some extent will prevent students from learning and life, in the process of learning plays a role, through the research result analysis, recommend group training and individual consultation combination to targeted for test anxiety in high school students in secondary vocational schools to intervene effectively, in order to help them out of the anxiety, positive attitude to meet the test, test ideal achievement.
