The student’s creativity, ability to learn&do and encouragement of questioning authority need to be developed based on the new standard of education foundation in2011. Many scholars dedicated themselves in this field’s study and achieved some substantial results. However, there is little special study about the ability to learn for those students of Junior middle school living in the area connection between the city and countryside. Therefore, this dissertation researched them for this purpose through face to face interview, questionnaire and comparison. This strategy is developed based on family affection, teacher’s methods, and student’s habit and learning method. The first one is to develop a very good learning habit by implementing six basic requirements. The second one is to motivate the students and improve their interest through various ways. The third one is to build confidence through developing individual talents. The fourth one is to improve the ability to learn proactively through mutual communication between the school and parents. Improving the ability to learn proactively for the students of Junior middle school is extremely meaningful. It is expected to be focused by the society to solve this problem together and also can be a great resource and assistance for myself and other colleagues of education field.
