With the development of era, the integrity of science and technology and social problems are increasing strong, and then it requires our education to cultivate students with comprehensive ability. Nowadays, our China is mainly dominated by division courses, students unable to complete development. Subject connection horizontal linkages between subjects can be enhanced, more effective training of students’ comprehensive ability, and it is a comprehensive curriculum need in compulsory education. Combined with the importance of biotechnology in the development of science and technology, it is necessary to study biological subject connection.This article used four PEP junior middle school biological textbooks as the research subject, Study on the content and teaching of subject connection in biological disciplines of PEP Junior Middle School Biology. The first part mainly introduced research background, including the social and education development background. The second part, subject cross of research status of overview, while described the importance and meaning of biological subject connection, introduced paper’s research content, method and theory based, then on concept for making it clear, which help better geographic solutions and research subject cross. The third part was aimed at studying content of teaching junior high school biology and subject connection in language, history, and the ideological and moral research, exploring connection’s content and methods, and doing a simple statistics. Biology and these humanities has a wealth of connection, that language was the most, followed by history, and finally was the moral. Chinese poems, poems, proverbs in the form of infiltration connect on the biology textbook chapter Home Shows, text content, thinking and discussing, and exercises. History was mainly in the form of the history of science connecting with biology, moral and ideological was more focused on spiritual and moral. Then analysised typical cases’teaching content, provided a reference for the majority of middle high school teachers via a short teaching pieces showcase subject application of connection in the teaching process. The fourth part was made a investigation in middle high schools of some areas’in Guangxi at the questionnaire forms, teachers on subjects of concern and the application in the teaching process went on the first, followed by perceptions of students about it. Results of the survey showed that a majority of teachers concerned with subject connection, but it is rarely used in teaching. Students had no concepts on it, but they had realized that there was a link between biology and other disciplines, and the students had a highly interest in biology, especially biological knowledge in the use of daily life.Fewer students took the initiative to learn biology because of it was not that important in the entrance examinations. Summary, analysis and investigation recommendations as the last part.To implement subject connection, started with first of teachers, that teachers should have a correct, comprehensive and profound understanding about itself, then accepted and explored it. Teachers should pay attention to guide students to understand and apply subject connection, transfer the knowledge of subjects and improve comprehensive ability. Secondly, improved themselves’ability, actively explored ways to implement subject connection more effectively. Finally, educational administrators and the community should support and help teachers, reduce the burden of teachers,specification for biology teachers, improve the quality of teachers.
