Middle school is the key period of students' learning career,but also the best period to cultivate self-learning management ability,to develop a good self-learning management ability can tap the learning potential,for the future learning road to lay a good foundation,help students grow up.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to investigate the current situation of middle school students' self-learning management ability and explore the strategies to cultivate their self-learning management ability.In this study,618 students from three middle schools in Z City were selected as the objects of investigation.Meanwhile,more than 20 teachers and parents were interviewed by interview method.The current situation and existing problems of middle school students' self-learning management ability were discussed.The research found that:at present,junior middle school students' self-learning management ability is uneven,and there are significant differences in self-learning management ability among different genders,grades and schools.The main problems are:the students' self-cognition level is not high,the learning goal is not clear,the learning time arrangement is not scientific,the learning attitude is not positive,the reflection consciousness is weak.The reason is that schools ignore the role of cultural education,teaching activities violate the rules of students' physical and mental development,and the combination of home and school is not close.Teachers lack heuristic teaching in teaching,pay more attention to education results than education process,and evaluate students in a single way.Students'learning motivation is not strong,lack of learning planning,lack of learning strategies and learning methods,lack of learning initiative and self-discipline,face a lot of learning pressure,their own emotional instability.Parents have deviations in their view of school education.In the process of educating their children,they attach more importance to authority than democracy,attach more importance to law than self-discipline,and ignore the cultivation of non-intellectual factors for their children.Based on the attribution analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve middle school students' self-learning management ability.Schools should attach importance to cultural construction and give play to the function of cultural education.Respect the rules of students' physical and mental development,promote students' all-round development;at the same time,we should also build a close home-school alliance to build a home-school education community.Teachers should change their teaching ideas and bring students' subjectivity into play.Change the teaching method and focus on the learning process;Perfecting the evaluation method and giving play to the evaluation function.Students should strengthen learning motivation and make learning plan;strengthen the initiative of learning,explore learning methods;stabilize your mood and relieve the pressure of study.Parents should set up a correct view of home-school education;Grasp the "degree" of authority and democracy;law others first discipline yourself;Pay attention to the non-intellectual training of children.In short,the cultivation of middle school students'self-learning management ability is a continuous and dynamic process,which requires the concerted efforts and mutual cooperation of schools,teachers,students and parents.
