Evaluation of scientific pre-school education is an important part of pre-schooleducation and scientific. As an important part of the education quality of assurance system,the intermediary organizations of pre-school assessment are important means for the scientificevaluation of the quality of education and shoulder important responsibilities to promotepre-school effectively enhance the quality. In this study, through literature and case studymethod, the feature of the pre-school assessment of intermediary organizations abroad aresummarized and analyzed, and strive to provide inspiration and advice for a range of issues ofour pre-school intermediary organizations. Based on the foreign experience, form thepre-school assessment of intermediary organizations of practical significance. This studyConducive to the rich pre-school evaluation theory, and to provide strategic andrationalization proposals for the pre-school assessment of intermediary organizations.In this study consists of four parts.Part1:The problem put forward. As an important part of the pre-school educationquality of assurance system, intermediary organizations of Pre-school assessment can be morescientific and objective point of view on the preschool education quality evaluation andcertification. This study by the Chinese Text, Google Scholar search for collection andanalysis of relevant literature, have a basic understanding of the research results at home andabroad, and lay the foundation for further study.Part2: Production and the development. In chronological order, the developmentprocess is divided into three stages, Produce stage, sound and mature stage and innovativestage.Part3: The Feature of intermediary organizations of pre-school assessment abroad.Through the course of development of the foreign education intermediary organizations tosort out further analysis of the characteristics, summarizes and analyzes the basic features.The main characteristics of pre-school assessment of intermediary isorganizations independent, professional authority and non-profit.Part4: The Revelation. Combining the education of our country intermediary existssome problems, from preschool education evaluation intermediary organization thecharacteristics and advantages of aiming at these problems put forward the correspondingstrategy advice.
