Of this study was cut from the perspective of the interests and gender, using literature, questionnaires, interviews, qualitative data analysis and statistical analysis methods, analysis and research of our country men and women the same age retirement policy recommendations from the analysis to find people on retirement age policy demands, and have raised the retirement age policy recommendations take into account the interest groups.The study found that the high level of understanding of the male and female civil service retirement age policy recommendations, the contents of the policy proposals have a higher degree of knowledge.
