Since the20th century, the current situation of our country’s existing education and the trend of further development arouse new challenges for the teachers. Schools pay attention to teaching achievements at the same time pay attention to the important role of the construction of campus culture. But, in the rural middle schools, for the construction of campus culture attention is far from enough. How to use the limited education resources of rural middle schools to improve campus cultural construction and to make the teachers and students work in the pleasant atmosphere is a worthwhile concerning problem and needs to be solved. The study to help construct campus culture construction in rural middle schools of various feasibility scheme, reduce the construction of campus culture in the process of the tortuous paths, promoting rural middle school’s campus cultural construction in normal direction of important value.This paper is the course of the study, in reading the relevant documents and understands the previous research results, and on the basis of the specific meaning of campus cultures construction and the important significance in the school construction, but also to understand some of the previous research methods and research results. In the study, I took a rural middle school in Changchun city as the research object, by literature study, summarize of reality rational analysis, know to rural middle schools is currently in the campus culture construction of the status quo.Through the material and the facts in the rural school, I think the main idea of the contribution of the culture in rural middle schools reflected in the following:strengthen the system through culture, strengthen management mechanism, the curriculum reform, paying attention to the development of the teachers, various programs, let the campus into a cultural and setting up the harmonious campus herb relations strategy. This study to the solution to the problem of the starting point on schools and teachers, students three easy operation level, aims to narrow the scope of study, strengthen the construction of campus culture measures implementation of maneuverability, so that more effective more rapid better rural middle school’s campus culture construction. Research in rural schools for scene, through some have implemented or are preparing to implement strategy, for the rural middle school’s campus culture construction can provide reference model of research.
