Based on the principle of "through ancient and modern, Chinese andforeign-related" new high school history curriculum is presented in thematic approachto build a new system of the teaching of history, teaching "knowledge capacity, bothtemporally and geographically, jump strong emphasis on the basis of the coursecomprehensive and balanced nature of the times and selectivity. The course objectiveis no longer merely to impart knowledge, but stressed that "the three-dimensionaltarget", emphasis on the ability of students. Understanding of these changes isundoubtedly to the front line of teachers in the curriculum, textbook interpretation andteaching practice, a great deal of challenges. Meanwhile, the new curriculum topromote student autonomy, cooperation, explore learning, but also to encourageactive cooperation among teachers.The collective lesson planning is an effective form of school-based teaching andresearch is a good way to achieve co-operation of teachers. Lesson preparation willhelp to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and promote the professionaldevelopment of teachers ’associations, led to the construction of teachers’ culture ofcooperation, and promote the new curriculum reform. However, realisticunderstanding of lesson preparation, existence of errors in their positioning deviationis not clear, its purpose and understanding of the tasks in the process of practice andlack of reasonable scientific system to protect these reasons, the lesson preparationdid not really share collective wisdom, did not make use of the advantages ofcooperation and collective lesson planning widespread inefficiency.Out of the inefficient state in order to lesson preparation, real play to its strengths,I believe that should be from the following aspects: to improve the professionalism ofthe high school history teacher, to ensure sufficient knowledge capacity reserves; todevelop practical lesson preparation system, and provide an institutional protection;build teachers ’culture of cooperation, democratic and harmonious atmosphere;reasonable incentive evaluation mechanism to promote the enthusiasm of the teachers’cooperation.
