The role and direction of modern information technology in education reform inChina based on the quality of education as the goal, the development of students asthe core to achieve the overall education reform in information technology andcurriculum integration. The gate of the high school history to fully reflect the cultural,heritage, patriotism, and so many features of the subject, the more the application ofmultimedia technology will be achieved a combination of traditional ideas andmodern technology, and great potential.Usual sense, as teachers, need to have five basic capabilities: First, the textbookinterpretation ability; ability to interact with students; classroom organization andmanagement capabilities; is treated as an emergency capacity; five papers preparedcapacity. I would like to add is that in an era of rapid social and economicdevelopment, rapid ideological innovation, as a teacher should be with the times, withsome use of modern educational technology, the formation of creative thinking andpractice innovative ideas, knowing and world.This article will briefly describe the significance of the application of multimediatechnology in high school history teaching objectives and content, enumerate specificproblems in the application process, the interpretation of the relevant countermeasures,combined with his high school teaching experience, bold some of their own feelingsand experiences teaching practice to report, I have been trying to shape a professionalself. Reflect the independence of self-professional development, through practice inteaching and educating, to follow the law of the education and teaching,individualized for curriculum needs and the actual situation of the creative.
