Based on history teaching in training students the importance of "emotional attitude and values" goals,on the basis of history teaching theory, based on the classroom teaching effectively, history teachers how toimplement effective teaching strategies, optimize to organize the implementation of history teaching, toachieve effective history teaching in the "emotional attitude and values" goals.This paper describes the core of the "emotional attitude and values" goals, to use the concept ofeffective teaching and standards, analyzed the high school history teaching effectively to realize theobjective of "emotional attitude and values" core concept:"empathy transposition.This paper analyzes and points out that the history teachers should establish the effective teaching idea,around the theory of empathy transposition, in lessons, lectures, and explore the evaluation, etc, realize theeffective teaching. While addressing should be based on classroom practice with reflection consciousness,implement effective teaching strategy is to realize the history classroom key "emotional attitude andvalues" goals.At the same time based on the characteristics of middle school history learning content and the law ofthe learning process, with "empathy displacement" method as the basic concept, preparation for teachinggoals determine and apply, in the process of understanding of students learning situation, handling ofteaching materials, the choice of teaching methods such as group discussion, from the aspect of empathytransposition, stimulate students learning motivation, cultivate the students’ interest in learning, etc., andcarried on the thorough and meticulous research, put forward the concrete implementation strategy, strongoperability, to middle school history teaching effectively to realize students’ emotional attitude and values"goals has a positive guiding role.
