The purpose of high school physics curriculum is to promote students’scientific literacy, to Cultivate ability of lifelong learning, so as to make studentsadapt to the rapid development of information society. In order to achieve thistarget, high school physics classroom should integrate information technologywith physics course, applicate advanced information teaching pattern, improveresearch ability, analysis, solves question ability, Synthesis ability of higherorder thinking skills.WebQuest is one of the informatization teaching mode. It is based on thetheory of constructivism, it is cater to curriculum model of research. In thismodel, almost information of learners come form internet. The center is tocultivate the ability of students’ higher order thinking skills.This research is based on the experimental study. First, study andinterpret the purpose of high school physics curriculum, analysis the necessityof cultivating the ability of students’ higher order thinking skills in the physicscurriculum. By the method of literature to understand the research status ofWebQuest at home and abroad, find the relationship between WebQuest andhigher order thinking skills. Combined with WebQuest design principle andevaluation system, design a physics case. At last, useing questionnaire tocomprehend the change of higher order thinking skills after the study, provingWebQuest could cultivate the ability of students’ higher order thinking skills. Bythe case, find the way to improve the students’ higher order thinking skills.
