Teachers’ comprehensive score in education teaching is a powerfulmanagement indicators. We can not ignore it to the teachers’ guidance roleand incentive effect.Teachers’ comprehensive score is not a simple data stack,it should reflect the fairnessand objectivity of evaluation. In this paper, werelate the practical work systematically studied the comprehensive score ofHigher Vocational Teachers, including Higher Vocational Teachers ’comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive indexes and method, and alsoestablish a comprehensive evaluation model of teachers in Higher Vocationaleducation using the operational research of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). |
