Talent cultivation and student scientific development are eternal topics to higher education. This is especially true in today's world, when reforms and adjustments take place continuously and with great force. Therefore, the nation and the society update requirements on comprehensive quality and ability of university student, and make them more pertinent. The situation also put forth new appeal to quality education and talent training in institutions of higher learning. Student should not only laid solid ground of professional theoretical, but also develop themselves in all-round way, like moral cultivation, practice capacity, innovation ability, humanistic accomplishment, and physical and mental health. All this is to speed up to meet the need of national and industrial development.Based on modern education theory and education evaluation theory, the current thesis explores the topic from both quality and quantity perspectives; specifically, it selects 5 first grade index, including moral quality, study ability quality, personal development quality, humanistic quality and physical and mental quality, 13 second grade index and 34 third grade index, and adopts analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a research on comprehensive quality evaluation system of college students. In this way, the paper attempts to establish a scientific, feasible, complex evaluation index system of comprehensive quality, which, with strong directionality and motivation effect, can measure and evaluate comprehensive quality of college student in a more overall and subject way.As a college counselor who has engaged in student management affair six years, the writer has personally done a large amount of work related to student comprehensive quality evaluation. As a result, this paper will serve as a platform for connecting practice and theory. Inspired by the research, the writer will strive to rich and improve his working method, adjust himself to the new requirement of college student management, and make great efforts to train high-quality personnel who can meet the needs of the age.
