Research On The Correlation Of High-Level University And High-Level Scientific Research Team

The construction of high-level universities is to enhance national innovative capacity and promote international competitiveness and training innovative talent. And also it plays a key role in leading the future development of the country. Construction of high level scientific research team is our cornerstone of high level universities in the world. Therefore, the construction of high-level universities and university high-level scientific research team becomes the hot issues between our Chinese government and society. However, there is no common understanding and authoritative statement of the meaning of high-level university and high-level scientific research team. And also study on the correlation of high-level university and high-level scientific research team is rarely involved. This paper is based on the study of some high-level university such as MIT, University of Cambridge and University of California Berkeley, Analyzing the ranking and scientific achievements of these universities in the nearly three years. This paper adopts the method of literature measurement, data statistics, roots theory research method, and system analysis method. Discussing the correlation of high-level University and high-level research team in order to provide useful inspiration on how to construct high-level scientific research team and universities.The first section of this article firstly investigates various theories such as organization theory, group theory and other related theories, then analyzing the main characteristics of high-level University. In the second section of this paper, Researching on the ranking of these three high-level university and the studies of scientific research team, pointed out that the construction of scientific research team is the core of the improvement of high-level universities, and there is a number of high-level research teams in the high-level universities. The third part of this paper proposed the suggestion of construction of high-level universities and scientific research team in china according to the situations and problems which is exiting in our university research team.
