Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Deepening The Introduction Of High-level Scientific Talents In Wujiang District

As the research background of this article is that in the party's 18th and 19th National Congress,talent was proposed as the first strategic resource and the global hot war for talents,and the global warm-up is carrying out a war for talents.Under the background of vigorously developing the strategy of strengthening cities and regions with strong talents,Wujiang District is a region with a developed economy as the Yangtze River Delta and even the entire county.One of the cities,how to get rid of the problems and deepen the introduction of high-level talents has become the focus of this study.This paper takes Wujiang District as a research area,uses a combination of survey research and empirical analysis,questionnaires,and field visits to investigate research methods to study issues in Wujiang District in deepening the introduction of high-level scientific and technological talents,and analyzes the reasons.It has practical value and suggestions for deepening the introduction of high-level talents in science and technology in Wujiang District.This article analyzes the effectiveness of the introduction of high-level scientific and technological talents in Wujiang District in recent years to find out that Wujiang District has high-level scientific and technological talents introduction:the inadequacy of the talent introduction mechanism,the poor quality of the carrier environment,and the unsatisfactory environmental quality of talents And other issues.The main influencing factors causing the above problems are conceptual factors,environmental factors,and policy factors.In this paper,through the experience of international talents working in advanced cities and cities with the same degree of development as the city's advanced talents,the successful introduction of talents will be used to benchmark differences,learn advanced methods,and find solutions to the problems existing in Wujiang District,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.In order to build a framework and system for the introduction of high-level scientific and technological talents in Wujiang District from three dimensions,the following are mainly reflected in the following:First,establish and improve the talent introduction mechanism,focus on the industrial scientific planning,clarify the orientation of the main body of talents cited by enterprises,and second,upgrade Carrier carrying capacity,building a distinctive industrial cluster,building a park,exploring the construction of a public service platform to promote the construction of a platform,and introducing large-scale institutes;Third,improving the talent development environment,improving the urban environment,optimizing the working environment,and optimizing the living environment.The work of introducing high-level scientific and technological talents in Wujiang and other regions has provided some experiences and lessons.
