Study On The Difference Of Graduate Diathesis Evaluation Between College And Employers

With the massification of high education, difficult application becomes the main problem that most graduates are facing; while difficult employment of proper talents has become the employers' problem during practical employment work. Based on the conclusion and reference of the achievements of diathesis evaluation, this thesis begins with this contradiction, stating on the colleges and diathesis evaluation and some other relative problems with literature research, comparison research and practical research. By these researches it shows the performance of the diathesis evaluation in high schools and society and some problems. It mainly discusses: (1) the contents, performance and value of diathesis evaluation in current colleges; (2) the contents, performance and value of diathesis evaluation of the employers; (3) the differences and analysis of diathesis evaluation between colleges and employers.This thesis chiefly analyzes the last catalogue. By research, it is found that there are some differences between the two diathesis evaluations in its base, goal, content and result. Besides, the differences degree differs in the enterprise nature. Some differences are for the major reasons like political, economic and cultural ones, some for small ones like performance and programs. At last, by the contradiction between the colleges and employers this thesis puts forward some valuable suggestion for diathesis education of colleges and graduates employment guidance. In addition, it also gives some suggestion on the management and development of human resources to the employers.
