Study On The Practice Of Cultivating Trained Personnel In Particular Trades Through The Teaching Enterprises

The practice teaching is an important part of personnel training plan. Especially in vocational education, it is rather important for the students to adapt to the need of modern industry and become qualified employees. However, they often encounter many problems and difficulties in practice teaching process. Such as, enterprises are unwilling to accept interns, teachers have poor hand-on ability, experimental facilities and equipment can not meet the requirements and so on. All those lead to that task of the practice teaching can not be implemented. Consequently, this essay will consider many factors and overall various interests on the basis of the systemic research, combing theory and practice to provide feasible solutions to solve those problems that exist in cultivating professional talents in teaching enterprises.In the first chapter, the origins, significance and situation of topic research were discussed. What is more, it expounded the train of thoughts of the article and the choice of research method. In chapter two defines teaching enterprises, as well as the characteristics, types and differences with training bases. Chapter three describes the practice of professional talents cultivating by teaching enterprises founded by Tourism School of Jiangxi Science and Technology University, including the role location of teaching enterprise, talent training plan, training implementation. In chapter four, author describes the role of teaching enterprises on trained personnel in particular trades on the level of schools, students and teaching enterprises. Chapter Five brings forward reasons of success and two contradictions between universities and teaching enterprises and strategies.Through the research, the paper holds that the government should play a leading role to build perfect safeguard mechanism; society should create good atmosphere to let industry association play the role of a bridge; school should make enterprises profitable and increase funds; teaching enterprises should actively participate in the talent training and perform function of management.
