The secondary vocational education is an important part of senior high school education in our country. And it is also a necessary supplement for the national vocational education system. The secondary vocational education has developed a lot with the help of the government and all circles of the society these years. It keeps on reforming the educational techniques and teaching methods. And it established the training bases according to requirements of the skill standards and the students’future positions. So the students can receive modern vocational and technical education without stepping out of school. By now it has trained a large number of qualified skilled talents for the country’s economic construction, and laid a solid foundation of human resources for the country’s high-speed but sustainable economic development. With the establishment of so many secondary vocational schools’simulation training bases, the simulation experiment teaching methods has been widely used. And how to use the simulation experiment equipments effectively, how to improve the effect of simulation experiment teaching, and how to ensure the normal operation of the simulation experiment system become important research topics of the professional teaching of secondary vocational schools.This paper begins with the research on the finance major in secondary vocational schools. Through the theoretical research and empirical research from secondary vocational school simulation experiment teaching system of the actual operation conditions in recent years, it analyzed the existent various unfavorable factors. And it has revealed the deep causes in the simulation experiment system and explored the improvement measures in the financial professional simulation experiment system operation in secondary vocational schools. In order to enrich the simulation experiment teaching theory, it will provide the beneficial reference of the professional development simulation experiment teaching for all majors in the secondary vocational schools.First, this paper takes the "secondary financial professional simulation experiment system operation" for research proposition, which based on vocational education background. It analyzed the proposition from both the theoretical and realistic aspects, summed up the theoretical research on simulation experiment teaching system of the present domestic situation and the present situation overseas, and gave comments on it. Second, the paper systematically described the the related concepts and theoretical foundation of secondary vocational schools simulation experiment system, expounded the secondary financial professional teaching using simulation experiment system, and analyzed the necessity of the secondary financial professional simulation experiment system. Then, by the empirical research on Changsha finance and economic school and the relative literature theory from the five aspects:the hardware system, software system, teachers, students curriculum and teaching material, it demonstrated various problem existing in the secondary financial professional simulation experiment system and the operation of it. And it analyzed various causes behind the problems deeply. Finally, aiming at the problems of the foregoing, it combined the simulation experiment teaching with new theory and advanced secondary vocational school simulation experiment teaching effective operation mode. The author attempted to propose some measures that can improve secondary financial professional simulation experiment system operation. That is to increase the government funds investment, to strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises, to improve secondary vocational schools teaching management ideas and the teachers’quality, to research and develop more suitable teaching materials for experimental needs of school-based, and to improve the students’abilities of obtaining employment and starting business on their own.
