China's economic development has entered a new stage,and the industrial structure is constantly optimized and upgraded.The structural transformation needs a large number of talents to support it.However,there is a certain disconnect between the demand for talents in industrial development and the training of vocational talents.In this context,the Ministry of education proposed to "deepen the reform of secondary vocational education and accelerate the informatization of education".Flipped classroom is an important measure of educational informatization.It uses the network technology platform to turn the classroom through the ways of knowledge externalization before class,knowledge internalization in class,and consolidation practice after class,so as to achieve efficient learning and ultimately cultivate financial and business talents with the ability to understand technology.This paper takes the introduction of flipped classroom into the teaching of Finance and business major in secondary vocational school as an example,based on the research methods such as literature,theoretical research and empirical analysis,and based on the teaching elements and models as the main basis.First,it discusses the basic theory of flipped classroom teaching mode,and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of flipped classroom in the teaching of Finance and business major in secondary vocational school Finally,the paper puts forward the value and solution of the introduction of flipped classroom into the teaching of Finance and business in secondary vocational school.Through the theoretical research of flipped classroom:1.the main methods of flipped classroom teaching are sorted out,the differences and advantages between flipped classroom teaching method and traditional teaching method are clarified,the contradiction between unified teaching and students' individual needs is solved,and the quality teaching efficiency of flipped classroom teaching is further improved.2.After the implementation of flipped classroom teaching,the effect of flipped classroom is analyzed.Flipped classroom is helpful for students to better master professional knowledge,improve financial and business professional skills,and improve their learning autonomy and comprehensive ability.3.Although the effect of flipped classroom teaching is good,there are some difficulties in theimplementation.Some courses are not suitable for flipped classroom,students' autonomy is poor,teachers' ideas are old,school hardware conditions are not up to,etc.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward targeted suggestions from teaching materials,students,teachers,network teaching platform,network education environment.The innovations of this study are as follows: 1.The research content is innovative.Many scholars at home and abroad study the flipped classroom teaching mode,most of which are concentrated in various disciplines of middle schools and universities.There are few researches on the level of secondary vocational schools,and few on the financial and Business Majors of secondary vocational schools.This study enriches the theoretical system of flipped classroom teaching to a certain extent and fills in the previous financial and business majors The lack of teaching research in theory provides the corresponding theoretical support for the application of flipped classroom in finance and commerce;2.Research practice innovation,flipped classroom model in practical application due to different disciplines also exist different,this study analyzes the teaching practice of Finance and Commerce major in secondary vocational school,through the design of teaching scheme,teaching process,teaching platform selection,teaching The evaluation method of learning effect,difficulties in teaching implementation and suggestions provide specific process reference and practical guidance for the later flipped classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.
