The new curriculum standard pointed out:" the student as the main body of learning activities, in teaching should pay attention to the students’ learning ability, including autonomous learning, practice teaching, innovative thinking". Practice also shows that, the students’ learning ability is smooth, efficient completion of learning the essential and direct effects on learning efficiency is an important psychological characteristic of personality.The current middle school Chinese classroom still exist in the traditional concept of ingrained, thinking classroom participation, lack of individuation reading habits, the Chinese ability o f students evaluation in examination paper examination mainly still wait for a problem, these problems lead to the students in Chinese language class main body consciousness flaw, classroom learning efficiency is low, the students’ Chinese learning ability are not sustainable scientific promotion.This paper aims to middle school students’ Chinese learning capacity is defined and related quantitative assessment, students understanding of present Chinese classroom learning ability level, to understand students’ classroom learning ability consists of factors, analysis of the impact of students’ ability of positive and negative factors, and take relevant intervention, to evaluate the scale as the standard, guide the students to their classroom behavior of self evaluation, self analysis, self regulation, self improvement, constantly optimize the language classroom behavior, gradually form good habits of language learning, improve the learning ability, improve their Chinese ac complishment.
