The ability of physics experiment education has long been valued for its importance in physics teaching. But the application of that in the fundamental level of education especially still falls behind.The purpose of this paper is to establish a maneuverable theory system that can be evaluated the students' actual experiment ability.In the establishment of the system, we take the theories of modern system science and modern perception psychologies as the basis. At the same time, a structural concept in ability of physics experiment and goals of the high school students' experiment ability are set as the basis of the compiling and evaluating of exam papers.According to the definition of the ability of physics experiment, we classified the testing system into three types: experiment theory; experiment skills; solving problems in experiment. We introduce a physics experiment in senior high school as the basics in order to establish the testing system. In the testing system, we try to generalize most of the knowledge the experiment contains and ensure the students should obtain the abilities of physics experiment (it includes physics experiment theory, skills to operate the experiment and the abilities to solve problems in the experiment). Marks will be rewarded by different experiment abilities. Each task will be divided into three aspects in detail with equivalent marks. The experiment theory will occupy 30% of the whole experiment abilities, the abilities of operating in experiment 40% and the abilities of solving problems in experiment 30%. And we' 11try to take down all of the original marks and standard marks.The test of subject's (high school students in grade 3) perception ability changes and instant behavior changes will be carried out both statically and dynamically. The statistics of the test is made in both original marks and standard marks to ensure its accuracy, and it' s also clearly shown by a diagraph.In the final conclusion, it offers the definition of "the Structure of Physics Experiment Ability" which fully describes the features of the students' physics experiment ability. The measurement we adopt can testify the students' practical ability fully, the result we get can exactly tell the weakness in students' ability. What' s more, this article is closely connected with the practical physics experiment education in senior high school, therefore it is highly valued. Finally it also discusses the relevant teaching practice and analyses the weakness and further study aim of this research.
