University Graduates From Primary Employment-oriented Research

In recent years, the employment situation of university graduates in China is not optimistic. Related problems gradually arise and bring adverse impacts to many families and the community. According to China’s economic and social development, social demand for talent, especially that in the grassroots rural area, is more pressing. However, more college graduates have too much nostalgia for major cities and large enterprises and prefer to float in the city instead of going to grassroots units, whose urgent need for high-tech talent can never be met. For this particular situation, the CPC Central Committee and State Council issued "A Guide to Encouraging College Graduates for Grassroots Employment", after that many ministries have jointly organized college graduates to engage in agriculture, to support education, medical and poverty relief work. By project planning and policy guidance, it aims to encourage college graduates to participate in the grassroots employment.These policies had a positive effect:the primary employment of college graduates has a steady growth trend. However, compared with the urgent need of grassroots talents in rural area and difficult employment situation of college graduates, this increase is far from enough. Therefore, this paper, by conducting research and making analysis, hopes to find out the main reasons for influencing the grassroots employment of college students and provides a realistic basis to promote the smooth progress of it.Based on the current employment situation of college students in grassroots Anhui Province and on "existing situation of college graduates employment","a guide to encouraging college graduates to grassroots employment" and other related documents, this paper analyzes from the perspective of a student village official the types and main content of grassroots employment of college students. Through designing the questionnaire, establishing samples and conducting empirical research, this paper reveals the deep reasons for low rate employment among college students and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide a reference for the government and universities and promote the grassroots employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates.
