The Research On How To Develop The Youth Teachers’ Teaching Ability Of Colleges In China

As the important place to foster talents, the education quality decides the quality of talents. Teachers’teaching ability is an important factor among the factors which affect the teaching quality. The young teacher in college is the important part of our teachers group, which teaching abilities directly affects the level of our talents’quality. How to improve the teachers’teaching ability is an important work of the University. Researching the existing problems, influencing factors of college youth teachers’teaching abilities, probing the developing experience of foreign youth teachers’teaching abilities and seeking the effective measures for the development of college youth teachers’teaching abilities in China is the obligatory mission of ours.Through the investigation of the existing problems and influencing factors of college youth teachers’teaching abilities of a comprehensive university in China, we revealed that college young teacher has their advantages, but the development of their teaching ability is not balanced. The ability to control the teaching content, interact with students in classroom, lecture without teaching plan, innovate, self-exam and research is more defective. And the factor of national policy, pre-service training system (postgraduate education), induction training system, in-service training system (teaching research, tutorial system, lecture competition, self-exam and research, etc.) and the individual factors are the important factors to affect the young teachers’ teaching ability development. In the process of improving foreign young teachers’ teaching ability, they formed the pre-service, orientation, on-the-job training cultivating system, which had a good enlightenment work on ours. So, building the gravitational, power and drive system which suits the college young teachers’teaching ability development in China, and culminating forming the cultivating system to develop the college youth teachers’ teaching abilities in China will be the important measures to improve the quality of teaching and talents.
