Study On Training Mode Of Talents With Individualized And Innovative Ability In Agricultural Colleges And Universities

With the progress of economic integration in the world and the developing of Chinese economy after entering into WTO, The professional structure of agricultural personnel and technical structure of job in the society have great changes. The new situation has the new require and challenge to the personnel education in high agricultural colleges.The students of agricultural college with high innovative ablity will become the important force of rural economic continuable developing and constructing new socialist countryside in the new situation.The traditional pattern of agricultural college student education exposuring many shortcomings gradually.It's can't meet the new needs of society.Face to the needs of society,the universities how to grasp advantages, innovating continuously , enhancing the individual personnel education and cultivating the innovative spirit and ability of student is an question that need exploration.Aiming at the needs of agricultural innovative personnel in the new situation,the pattern of individual and innovative education was studied in this paper.Using the theory of individual education,this paper analyzed the traditioanal pattern of agricultural colleges education.Under the foundation of investigation and analysis of personality of students in the Hunan Agricultural University, the characteristic of personality was farther explored,the construction of individual and innovative education was proposed,the available methods was studied.The paper indicated the methods that contain several aspects such as changing education idea, establishing education project with diversification and individuation,innovating didactical content, practice teaching system and methods,forming new assess system,cultivating teachers with innovative spirit,creating education environment that is beneficial for the growing of individuation.Constructing the pattern of individual and innovative education is not only the needs of high agricultural education,but also the needs of new socialist countryside construction.The fruits not only can use for reference for the agricultural colleges,but also has the important significance for the continuable developing of rural economic in the new situation.
