Research On The Innovation Of University Students’ Work In A New Period Of Time

University students are the preeminent youths and the valuable talent resources. Theirideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural qualities and health quality have closerelationship with the survival of the Party and the country. Such qualities also concerns thevicissitude of the socialistic cause with Chinese characteristics, the realization of building amoderately prosperous society in a well-rounded way and the achievement of the Chinesebright prospect on the way to revival. University is the very important place to carry on theideological and political education to the students, and it also plays a key role on training thetalents. Therefore, teachers should work on the issues of the students well and make aninnovation on the work method and mode in keeping the pace with times, which have positivesignificance to maintain stable development of the university and to bring the benefits on thegrowth of the university students.With the gradual reform of the socialistic market economy system, our national highereducation develops rapidly. And with the deepening of the reform, traditional workingconcepts, mode and system could hardly adapt to the needs of developing situation. Thereforewe should adopt the new ideas in the reform and innovation. However, on the issue ofuniversity students’ work innovation; we must make an objective analysis on the students’working situation and figure out the traditional advantages of the students’ work andchallenges they face. What’s more, as to the innovation of university students’ work; itincludes concept innovation, system innovation and the innovation of the means.This paper aims to research the innovation of University students’ work comprehensivelywith the combination of communications among the universities though the author’s extensivereading and many years’ experiences of being instructor and working in the students’ affairsdivision. The author especially research and analyze the case of a university students’ workinnovation. In the process of research, the effective concepts and methods of universitystudents’ work which are in accordance with modern students’ characteristics would be proposed.
