The Research On The Hebei Backbone Universities And College Of Science And Technology Innovation Strategies And Innovation Performance Relationship

As our national "211project" and "education revitalization action plan" and a series ofthe implementation of the measures and development in the colleges and universities,higher education in China has a huge change. At the same time, scientific and technologicalstrength and competitiveness of China’s colleges and universities have greatly improved.Science and technology innovation in colleges and universities has become the main forceof technological innovation in China. Colleges and universities are making a dispensablerole in the national and local economics growth, due to its high technological level. TheCPC Hebei provincial party committee in2005, Hebei people’s government adopted thedecision on strengthening science and technology, proposing construction with the core,and optimizing regional innovation system of science and technology. Local colleges anduniversities must face the main battlefield of economic construction to strengthen scientificand technological innovation. The important one is to give full play to scientific researchinstitutions and universities in the backbone of the role of technological innovation.This paper based on the important role of science and technology innovation incolleges and universities, through reading literature, the basic situations of university ofscience and technology innovation activities of domestic and foreign were compared, and11key universities in Hebei province as the investigation object were selected to makecorrelation and regression analysis based on the key colleges and universities key disciplineevaluation data in Hebei province. The relationship between innovative strategy andperformance of key universities in Hebei province was studied. Accurate and objectiveevaluation was made in this paper. And suggestions on innovative performance ofuniversities in Hebei province were made based on the regression analysis.
