A new round of curriculum reform has been carried out in full swing for over a decade. The teaching of reading as an important part has been paid close attention. Many of the new teaching modes has produced during this period, injected a new element to the language teaching of reading, in which Learning Plan Guidance is a shining star. Learning Plan Guidance is a teaching method and a teaching mode, especially a teaching philosophy. It can coordinate the contradiction of teaching and learning, highlight the dominant position of students, and fully embody the guidance of teachers and self-study of students.The core of the teaching of reading is the text reading. The purpose of the teaching of reading is to improve students’ thinking ability and aesthetic creativity. However, the ultimate aim is to equip students with reading an effective way to achieve long-term value to the teaching of reading. Therefore, on the basis of review and reflection on history and current status of language teaching of reading, the text select the text read in this perspective, rooted in the school case guide to learn this burgeoning teaching methods as well as text can not be avoided core concept, efforts construct an effective text reading model.The paper studies that:Learning Plan Guidance and text reading level have win-win relationship between each other:There is an inherent level in the main body of the text reading (students), object (text) and reading process, these levels can learn case writing and guide the learning process to provide a reasonable basis for the Learning Plan Guidance logically and orderly. On the other side, Learning Plan Guidance provide a natural carrier for the hierarchy of text-reading, which is implemented effectively in the class; provide the methodological guidance for text-reading outside to inside, level of in-depth. Learning Plan can show the unique strengths and value in the subjectivity for students, promoting independent learning improving the reading efficiency. The two together build a platform for the students reading ability to culture, reading methods to master, reading quality to improve, and thinking to train, and make efficacy finally.This paper comprehensively uses the literature analysis, case studies, theoretical study and practical research methods. The body is divided into four majority of commences: The first part is the introduction, expands in three aspects:the background, the value and the innovation, focus on the analysis of the purpose and significance of the study of this topic.The second part of the conduction theory around the text reading level in school case study is divided into four chapters. Sort out the core concept of the Learning Plan Guidance and text reading. Focus on the theoretical basis of the Learning Plan Guidance and teaching value, which is related to the Cognitive theory of Educational Psychology, Meaningful Reception learning theory, the theory of Humanism and the "Zone of Proximal Development" theory, and the Reception Aesthetic theory, the Reader Criticism theory, the Literary Ontology theory and the of dialogue theory for text-reading. Objectively analyze the meaning of the current situation of text-reading and text-reading level;the theoretical basis for practical mode of construction of the Learning Plan Guidance is followed by a practical level.The third part is also divided into four chapters. On the basis of the second chapter, this part attempts to establish a reasonable and effective guidance of the text-reading in level. At first, this part focuses on the mutual relations of the Learning Plan Guidance and text reading level. This is the default and generation, guidance and autonomy, methods and effects, training and develops. Next, state the general pattern of Learning Plan establishment and misunderstandings exist, on which basis establish the guiding mode for the text-reading. Finally, analyze how the Learning Plan works order to a special text as example, which belongs to the PEP teaching material of high school. Try to write a reasonable and effective Learning Plan to guide text-reading by myself.The fourth part is the conclusion.Reflect the problems of Learning Plan Guidance mode for the text-reading in practice aspect, and make reasonable expectations and prospects on it.
