Objective:In order to explore intervention effeets of aerobic exereise and clear-fat-herbal in regulation of sex hormone in dietary-induced obesity and to reveal the function of regulation in sex hormone.Method:Forty health male SD rats were divided randomly into5groups:Control group(C), high fat diet group (HF), high fat diet+aerobic exercise group (HE), high fat diet+clear-fat-herbal (HZ) and high fat diet+aerobic exercise+clear-fat-herbal group (HZE). The exercise plan was60min wimming without a heavy load for10weeks,6days per week. The dosage of fat-herbal filled the rats stomach was lml/100gBW. The blood serum of trigly ceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),testesterone (T), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), Lep and the testis of TNF-a were determined, the morphology of change in testis under the light microscope at the end of the experiment, and detect the expression of mRNA of Fas in the testis by real time transcription and polymeRase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results:1Compared with C group, TG、TC、Lep in HF group increased significantly (P<0.01),but T reduced obviously (P<0.01). By correlative analysis, aerobic exereise or clear-fat-herbal can reduce or increase significantly(P<0.01), and there have apparent interaction in aerobic exereise and clear-fat-herbal (P<0.05).2Compared with C group, LH、FSH in HF group decreased significantly (P<0.05),and TNF-a increased obviously (P<0.05).By correlative analysis, aerobic exereise or clear-fat-herbal can increase or reduce significantly (P<0.05), and aerobic exereise and clear-fat-herbal have better interaction than aerobic exereise or clear-fat-herbal (P<0.05)3Through observe the cut sheet of tissues, the C group rats’ seminiferous tubule developed well, spermatogenic cell has arranged compact, frame distinct, the proliferation of spermatogenous cells which paste to end epidermis basal membrane were good, there are include spermatogenous cell, primary spermatoeyte and spermoblast of every developmental stage cells in the tubule. In the HF group, the tubule was developing full maturity and the tubule wall was thinning, cells arranged in disorder and displacement which away from the basement membrane of seminiferous tubules. In the HE and HZ groups, spermatogenic cell has arranged compact, frame distinct, the proliferation of spermatogenous cells which paste to end epidermis basal membrane were good, In the HZE group, primary spermatoeyte and spermoblast of every developmental stage cells in the tubule.4Through real-time RT-PCR and double factor variance analysis, high fat diet can up-regulation the expression of mRNA of Fas of the testis (P<0.05),but aerobic exercise or supplemented clear-fat-herbal can inhibit the expression (P<0.05),and aerobic exercise united clear-fat-herbal have preferable effect (P<0.05).Conclusion:1Aerobic exercise or/united clear-fat-herbal can affect the different hormonal in blood serum2The establishment of diet-induced obesity model was given high-fat and high-calorie diet, alimentary obesity in puberal can lead to the microstructure of testis disorder.3The expression of Fas mRNA of the testis was up-regulated in diet-induced obesity rats, it is the possible reason in induce the spermatogenic cells in apoptosis...
