Knowledge and learning are the core to the continuous development of human societyall along, lifelong learning and knowledge management have been very important forindividual and organization. At the same time,"information explosion"brings a fact thatknowledge emerged the informational noise's sea. Everyone focuses on how to manageinformation effectively and it can promote personal competition, it's also a useful method tospread knowledge, accumulate experience and foster person with high ability. Especially inthe k-12 education field, with the beginning of the 8th course reform, teachers faced newchallenges, whether they have ability of acquiring, accumulating and communicatingknowledge has been very important. We have to develop methods of personal knowledgemanagement that accord with the epoch nature and face the need of k-12 teachers, it can helpto impel them to master knowledge management technique, construct and complement thestructure of personal knowledge system, then teachers can obtain capability of survival anddevelopment.The paper based on the understand of information and knowledge, discussed themeaning, nature, function and practice technology etc, combined with analyzing the actualityof k-12 teachers'personal knowledge management, proposed a series of strategies fordevelop personal knowledge management. At the same time, we researched the applicationof Blog in k-12 teachers'personal knowledge management through an educational Bloginsistence.
