Knowledge and learning are the core to the continuous development of human societyall along, lifelong learning and knowledge management have been very important forindividual and organization. At the same time,"information explosion"brings a fact thatknowledge emerged the informational noise's sea. Everyone focuses on how to manageinformation effectively and it can promote personal competition, it's also a useful method tospread knowledge, accumulate experience and foster person with high ability.
