Ideological And Political Education Of Internet Public Opinion

Nowadays, the Internet technology and innovation become deeper and deeper,the mobile Internet, integration’s Trend is very obvious. The Internet is entering intothe new stage of much more integration, interactive and intelligence. At the sametime, the behavior anomie like the phenomenon of wrongdoing and illegal activitiesbecome more serious every day. The Internet technology, especially the newtechnology of micro blog brings complicated public opinion， what makes thegovernment know that Internet public opinion’s sociality influence.The first part of this paper briefly introduces the background and significance.That is turning the people’s ideological understanding unity to the national economicsituation judgment and major policy, by reducing the net citizen’s subjectivity andblindness through participation in public decision-making and in the process ofnetwork asked administration. The socialist cultural construction can be carried outalong the right direction, only on the premise of grasping the right public opiniondirection. Also, the willpower of a harmonious society, cohesion can be continuouslyenhanced.The second part of this paper expound from “Internet public opinion”. Itintroduces the form factor and regular pattern of Internet public opinion in China.Also，it expounds the relationship between the network public opinion and the senseof community, So as to reveal the social function of internet public opinion. In order topaved the way for the network public opinion on targeted ideological and politicaleducation.Then in the third part, taking the systematic and scientific ideology and politicseducational theory as the guidance, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of theideological and political education aim at Internet public opinion. As well as analyzingtheoretical basis of why ideology and politics education can influence the changeand development of network public opinion.The fourth part of this article, points out that the ideological and politicaleducation of Internet public opinion need to follow the principle. Then it put forward a concrete implementation method from three aspects of management, positionconstruction and Interactive guide, which combines teaching、managing、controllingthrough analyzing the inner relationship between the ideology and politicseducational methods, and ultimately achieves the purpose of counseling negativeimpact of network public opinion, and purifying the network environment.
