Family intergenerational interaction have different characteristics under differentbackgrounds. It is necessary to analysis different background in order to understand theintergenerational relationships comprehensively. Since the reform and opening up, alongwith the rural labor migrant, rural family structure occurred a great change andinter-generational dependency has become a widespread social phenomenon. The authorbelieves that the change in the mode of the rural family upbringing, will inevitably lead to achange in family intergenerational interaction. Compared with the traditional,Intergenerational relations show different characteristics especially in the interactionbetween grandparents, parents and children, who is the main bearer of the family supportfunction traditional family. The purpose of this writing is to analysis the characteristics andproblems manifested in the rural inter-generational dependency mode, especially in theinteraction between grandparents, parents and children from the perspective of socialinteraction. At last, I will try my best to put forward a number of policy solutions to solvethese problems.This study uses the field survey methods which is united with observation and depthinterviews. The field is a village of the City Heze. Combined with theoretical knowledge ofsociology and psychology, the author has a comprehensive analysis of the intergenerationalinteraction problems under the rural inter-generational dependency mode. Through theresearch, the author found that rural inter-generational dependency model has multipleeffects on the interaction of Intergenerational, triggering a series of questions.Inter-generational dependency mode enables the intergenerational interaction showing a newstate: Grandparent and parent exchange the role when they are interacting with offspring; onthe spatial location, parents present body-absence in the intergenerational interaction. Theface-to-face interaction is replaced by “only heard and not seen”; n addition, grandparents become the intermediary of parents and the child’s generation It leads to the relationsbetween parents and children impacted by grandparents. All of those characteristics createlots of problems of intergenerational interaction. For example, parents parenting difficulty ininter-generational family; The parentage is alienated; the offspring has to re-adapt to the roleof grandparent and parent when the parents return to the family…To solve these problems,the author give some suggestions at the end.
