As an important part of the higher education system of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, Private colleges must be set up several of ideological and politicaltheory courses required by the Ministry of Education, in order to achieve thefundamental goal of training a large number of qualified socialist builders andsuccessors. On the condition, the private college’s ideological and political theorycourses reform has made some achievements, and to enhance the overall quality oftrained people in private colleges, but we must be aware of the whole quality ofprivate colleges. On the whole, ideological and political education is weak, especiallyideological and political theory courses with a lot of difficulties and problems. Well,based on the real-world conditions, and how to improve the quality of teaching at thecore, to deepen the reform and innovation of the private colleges, which is the bigproblem that chine’s private colleges must solve during the developingprocess.However, owing to the particularity of Private Universities and theenvironment it faced, it is a necessity to make a separate study about it as well as theaggravating difficulty of solving these problems.The paper regards the political education as the main course, which is dividedinto5parts.
