The professional development of teachers is a theoretical issue that has been discussed for a long time in the academic world and must be continuously deepened and expanded with the development of the times.It is also a practical problem that colleges and universities must continue to explore in order to implement the fundamental task of establishing morals.Teacher profession is a highly professional profession.By realizing their professional development,teachers can strengthen their qualities,practice skills,and increase their talents.By advancing the professional development of teachers,colleges and universities can strengthen their teams,strengthen their strength,and win development.The improvement of the individual quality of teachers will make the whole team of teachers strong.In this sense,whether it is to stand in the macro situation of national,social and school development,or to observe the micro reality of teachers' personal growth,it is necessary to constantly strengthen the theoretical and practical research on the professional development of teachers.The professional development of teachers of ideological and political theory courses not only conforms to the new changes in the development of the times,but also meets the new requirements of the educational goals of colleges and universities.However,in the face of the "generalization" of ideological and political education and the weakening of professional awareness,the problem of the professional development of ideological and political theory teachers has become increasingly prominent.Especially in private colleges and universities,teachers of ideological and political theory courses have poor professional awareness,insufficient internal motivation,and insufficient external support conditions.How can private universities promote the professional development of teachers? How to adapt to the new requirements of ideological and political theory education and teaching? It is an important question that must be clearly answered from the perspective of combining theory and practice.The professional development of teachers is a systematic project,which can never be achieved by the teachers alone,but it is essential for teachers to enhance the subjectivity of development.The professional development of teachers requires not only the strong guarantee of national policies,but also the full support of private universities,as well as the active efforts of teachers.It can be said that this is a process in which internal and external factors work together.This thesis relies on six target universities in the province,conducts empirical research in the form of questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews,and obtains relevant data and information through the survey,as a basis for theoretical research,and summarizes and integrates the professionalization of ideological and political theory teachers in private universities Outstanding problems in development.On this basis,this thesis is problem-oriented,looking for an effective way to solve problems from the four dimensions of ideological understanding,macro-policy,private universities and individual teachers.In this process,this thesis focuses on highlighting the important role of external conditions such as the state,society,and private colleges and universities in promoting the professional development of teachers.Through researching this paper,it is believed that national,social and private universities can only raise awareness,build the necessary macro-policy system,establish corresponding guarantee and promotion mechanisms,and at the same time guide teachers of ideological and political theory courses to enhance the subjectivity of professional development.Only by exerting force can we realize the internal and external linkage and continuously promote the professional development of teachers.
